How are you coping these days? It seems like triggers are everywhere you look. You literally can't read, look at or listen to anything. If you're in that situation, what helps you to cope?
We just stay away as much as possible. Listen to your impulse (or second nature) and say, do we have to do this? Odds are that in many cases you don't.
We take breaks and turn things off. And yet we still scream and fight to not fall apart. What for some would take 5 seconds to get past takes us maybe an hour or more to fight thru. Now, multiply that by 10. And do everything else you have to do that day.
How do you get thru all of that?
