Are We Connected to Wikileaks? Read This

Time to break our "no potentially triggering news" rule to make a point.

There's lots of stuff about Wikileaks right now. They've done three releases of material. Next is bank documents.

Now, are we connected in any way to Wikileaks? No.
Are we secretly funded by George Soros or the CIA? No.
Do we use servers all over the world to store secret documents? No.
Do we keep a secret database of our readers? No.

The point is to hopefully reassure you that here everyone is anonymous. All we ask is that you link us everywhere you can. Also, please no spamming. You'll just get deleted and banned. So why bother?

Thanks for your attention.

We're All Over the Place

Good evening/morning to our growing intl. audience.

Stockholm
Auckland
Melbourne
Moscow
Toronto
London
and all over the States

Staying in tonight to cover more job applications. We're also really trying to keep our balance.

Flashbacks and anger are tough to deal with. We feel like we're going to snap in two. We walk down a busy street and scream because we don't want to black out.

Does this happen to you?

As for those who just don't know when to shut up and stop being triggering, that's not our responsibility. What is ours is to protect ourselves at all costs.

Hope your balance is going well.

You're Not Responsible

The Powers that Be are still doing the same stupid stuff. Still not bailout from the IMF, EU or Obama.

Our situation has changed. Now, we're going to go ahead and appeal our Supplemetal Income denial (SSI). If we didn't (and the new jobs didn't come thru this month), there's a chnace we could have gone bankrupt. This is the best option (beats being homeless again for the third time).

How are you dealing with your trauma? Does it feel like anyone's listening to you? Do you get the usual "shut up and deal with it" reaction from the rest of the world? We're really sticking to maintaining boundaries because many people just dont' know when to stop being triggering. Just saying I can do and say anything I want and you have to deal with it is rubbish. Unfortunately some of the people could care less what you think.

Does this mean then that you're obligated to just stick there and take it because that's how the world works? No, you're not. That's insulting, condescending, demeaning (you get the idea).

You have to protect yourself at all costs.

Have a good day.

How's Your Day?

How's your Monday? Here, there's a little more clarity. The symptoms are still there. We'll see how it develops.

Keep in mind that the purpose here is to talk about trauma related issues. At times, if it's necessary, we'll break that rule to talk about some current event. But only if it's connected to trauma in some way. If you want yet another progressive political blog, please go elsewhere.

A source tells us that St. John's Wart is a good herbal supplement to help deal with depression. Another says that depression is one result of not properly digesting your food. If you correct both, your system is then in balance.

If you haven't tried these, maybe they would help.

Keep Your Self Control and Your Network Going

Enjoy your Sunday evening if you're west of Paris. If you're to the East, we hope Monday's not too shocking.

How's your network these days? Here, we don't have a syndication service, global bureaus or big budgets like lots of those other people do. However, we do have a growing audience in over 30 countries strictly thru content and word-of-mouth. Which proves you can do anything in a global depression.

Unfortunately, the Powers that Be refuse to deal with reality. Whether it's a global depression, kids getting raped or global torture, it's always worded in a "slightly more soothing way". How many times have you heard "it's the worst economic downturn since the Great Depression"? If that's true, then when they say it's now a "depression", does that mean it will be twice as bad as it is now?

When was the last time you heard about a priest being tried for allegedly raping a little kid? Have you EVER heard that? If not, why? Is it strictly legalese? Or, is it because "rape" is too harsh sounding? (Especially at dinner time)?

Like the headline says, keep your self control. Concentrate on your niche, message and getting it out in the most positive and effective way you can. Also do what's necessary to protect your balance.

We've had to change more in our diet these days. Our tolerance for spicy and highly acidic foods isn't there. Which means branch out into new dishes.

The despair is still there at times. We still have to scream and focus to not black out. We still cry when we go to sleep and keep a knife next to the bed (along with the cell phone).

Do you still have to do this?

NOTE: Thanks for the links and connecting us.

For those who wonder, just who's reading this anyway, we don't give away all of our secrets. However, the word is getting out (lately more in places from Argentina to Moscow to Brisbane).

Only 160 more countries to go.

Fighting for Balance

We're really fighting to focus today. Anger and adrenalin surges still happen. You have to focus to redirect your chi so your balance is there.

Do you have to do this all day long? It's exhausting and frustrating. But if we don't fight back we'll fall apart. And at this point we have no other option.

If you know of something, please let us know.

NOTE: All constructive comments are welcome. However, we reserve the right to edit and if necessary delete all comments that are neither constructive nor helpful in some way. Any blatant spam will be deleted. After that, the poster will be banned. No exceptions.

With Branch Offices in Over 30 Countries

Into the holiday weekend for some. How's it looking in your part of the world? Also, hello to our readers in New Zealand. We won't get into which is better, Wellington or Auckland. The last thing we need is another intl incident.

Speaking of which, how are your symptoms these days? At times there's some clarity. But at others horrible anger and suicidal thougts. Will we actually off ourselves? No. But it is important to try to face it up front.

Where is it coming from? It's not one specific thing. My multiples and little kid feel like it's everything coming out at once. Like the whole world will stop at nothing to beat you into the ground, stab you, rape you and then piss all over you.

Why would anybody do that? Psycotic rage? Who knows.

This means that you have to protect yourself at all costs. Nobody else will do it for you. If they won't pay attention to you, that's their problem.

That still doesn't mean don't protect yourself with boundaries and everything that you need to do.

Be as nice to yourself as you can. Also, please link us everywhere you can. It really is word of mouth advertising.

You Need to Know This

Enjoying your Friday? Here, it's a holiday weekend for many.

Also, do you know that today (in the States and Canada) is Black Friday. For our intl. readers, what is this? It's basically a corporate gimmick to line up in front of a store betwee midnight to 5 a.m. Then, be the first one out of say 500 people to get into the store and buy something for roughly 30 to 50% off.

Why do people do this? If it's a movie or a new Apple store, that's one thing. Personally, we wouldn't come to the new Apple store unless Steve Jobs was there and paid us to come in. First it's in the States. Now, it's in Canada as well. Is this covered under the Free Trade Agreement? Somebody call Obama.

Meanwhile, we're still paying attention to subtle signs to try and cope with symptoms. Acidic stuff is still 95% out. We still have to edit as well. If we don't, it's too much to handle. We go back to the feeling that we're the only ones who get the whole picture.

Instead, we just stick to our small niche and work there. Do you have to read/watch/listen to this? If not, then try something else. In our case, we're actually saving some money by not going into triggering places. You just go elsewhere.

Now, if you live in a tiny village in northwestern China, this could be a challenge. Despite that, we've found that it is possible. The idea is to protect your balance by going to positive stimulus. What that is is up to you.

Tip for the day. Try to give yourself something nice every day because you're dealing with your trauma. How much it costs doesn't matter. The idea is to be as nice to yourself as you can.

We're staying in tonight.

Be Very Careful Today

Happy Overhyped Eat a Turkey Day. Here in the States, it's the day to eat too much, watch football (not "proper" football mind you, like they say in the UK). Then, eat and drink even more after that. If you see lots of Americans doing this in your part of the world, just politely listen and nod your head no matter what's said. Then, get some food.

Today, we'll go with spicier food on our menu. Also, chill for the day. We still have symptoms to fight and all the rest of it. However, we're sticking to small segments as we go along. Also, edit EVERTYTHING. If you don't need to deal with it, then don't. Go in another direction and see what happens.

You might be pleasantly surprised.

Some Clarity?

It must be Wednesday. No bailout offer from the EU or IMF. Oh well...

We're trying to be careful with the diet. Avoid acidic foods as much as possible. Today, there's a little more clarity at times. Also, adrenalin surges have gone down some. Does this mean we have no tolerance at all for that? We tried to go veggie at times. But it's too tough to do. Besides, how much does fish cost in your part of the world? For anyone who says inflation doesn't exist, stop sending your personal assistant to shop and see for yourself.

Edit everything if necessary. We still have to do that. If we look at some economic stuff online, we can only take about 20 seconds of it. Constant doom and gloom is always tough to handle. Especially now, it's even harder to deal with.

What helps you to focus? For us, part of it is staying away from others and what they do and say. It would be cool for the millions who want real change to work together and push for Obama's impeachment. What are the realistic odds of that happening? Not very good.

The point is that (in our view), we're responsible for what we do and say. If you want change but do nothing to bring it about, you have nobody to blame but yourself. Can you outsource activism? Not really. The fees are too high and the stress isn't worth it.

Which means as a trauma survivor you have to protect yourself in this environment. Be selective about where you go and what you choose to support. Your healing comes first.

If others don't get it, that's their problem.

Time for some nice tea. With lots of lemon and ice.

It's in the Networking

Hi to our new readers all over the place:
Boston
Vancouver
Chicago
Portland
Seattle
Cambridge
and, Duxbury, MA.

How's your coping at the moment. One of our sources says that triggering stuff will be pretty high for the next few weeks. Be very careful and edit everything that needs to be.

We're really trying to just keep our balance and to always have options. Because options and knowledge is power. Especially these days.

How Do You Cope?

Lots of anger and fighting to not dissociate today. We're cutting back on acidic stuff to see if that helps. Also, we're editing everything to be safe.

Despite all that, there's a lot of anger and despair. Fighting to not snap in two. My multiples and little kid aren't talking about new things that happened when we got raped. It just feels like more despair is there.

Does this happen to you? Do people talk around you and not to you (especially when the topic is trauma)? Do others still say just shut up and get on with it?

Do you feel suicidal? Do you black out and then wonder where you are? Do you cry yourself to sleep at night?

Unfortunately there are still lots of stupid double standards when it comes to rape. If a woman gets raped, then society will tolerate it up to a point. If a guy gets raped, nobody wants to deal with you. If they can make money off it, they'll use the expression "sexual assault". Because in polite society we just don't use words like rape (especially at dinner).

Do you feel humiliated? Do you feel like the whole world is beating you down?

Opportunites come up where society could talk about this. But just like "The Great Race Debate", nobody cares unless they can make money off of it. Are we then supposed to say that's capitalism?

At times we have trouble getting out of bed because adrenalin surges are so bad. We have to fight to focus our chi so we can still have some feeling in different parts of our body.

Do everything you have to to protect yourself.

Monday, November 22, 2010

Your Tip for the Day

How's your Monday? Are you getting bailed out? So far, no voicemails from the IMF. This might take longer than we thought.

Still fighting to keep some sense of balance. At times we feel like we're going to snap. But you have to get trauma out.

As for others who will never care, we set that aside and just move forward in a positive direction. What's the point of torturing yourself over something that you'll never have? We have bad days with it like everyone else. Then again, what else can you do?

One thing you can do is be selective with your content. Online, before you automatically look at something, ask do I really need to do this? Is this triggering or helpful? If you have doubts about it, unless you have to use it for work, don't. Go somewhere else. Depending on the topic, there are other ways to get information. You just have to know where to look.

Have a nice day.

Screaming to be Heard

A rough start this morning. Lots of screaming and fighting to focus and not disappear. Fighting to not get raped again and die as everyone just laughs at us and says "it's YOUR fault".

Does this still happen to you? How do you cope with it? How do you not snap and go kill everyone who was never there to help you?

Do whatever it takes to keep your balance.

Rules are Made to Be Broken (Contains Potentially Triggering Content)

It really is the weekend. Just when you thought it might be safe, the Powers that Be force us to break our no-triggering-content rule. It is to hopefully make a point. Please link this everywhere you can. If you quote from this, all we ask is to name us as the source.

The TSA (Transportation and Safety Administration) is working with Homeland Security and apprently the health coverage firms to combine airport searches with getting free health care stuff (screenings for colon and other problems). These are not qualified medical staff. These are hourly paid workers doing this.

Does this bother anybody?

Obama can soundbite all he wants about "Protecting the Homeland" and various other fascist slogans. But this is seriously being proposed as a way to:

Improve the lousy image of the TSA
Jack up the health care firm's profits
And make the Democrats look patriotic (instead of idiotic)?

Again, does this bother anybody?

Is this being raped? Yes it is. A complete stranger will see a naked scan of you and check for personal things that are none of their business.

All in the name of "national security" and boosting corporate profits.

What happens if you refuse to sumbit to this? Will you be arrested? Will the TSA person in question laugh in your face and say "f**k, I don't give a s**t. Go ahead and sue my ass. Lot of good it will do you, anyway"?

From a rape survivors' perspective, saying that this isn't rape is like getting raped all over again.

Now, how come millions aren't screaming about this and refusing to fly?

They can't afford to risk losing their job in which flying is a key part.
The corporate MSM has a big hangup about using the word rape. "Sexual assault" is more appropriate.
If it involves little boys and a priest who "allegedly" did it, then hype the s**t out of it for ratings. If not, kill it.

Also do any of the geniuses working for Obama realize that this is traumatic and could cause PTSD? From a legal point of view, currently TSA workers are immune from being sued.

How perfect is that? Possibly some pyscho TSA worker could get off on naked shots of you and find out about personal information.

All in the name of "national security".

And despite all of this, millions still blindly follow/believe in/worship Obama as the "Perfect President who was also the better of only two choices in 2008".

Protect yourself at all costs.

Online Security Tips for You

Welcome to the Almost 100% Dominated Facebook Universe. 50% of the Stateside population is on it. The CEO says "we want everyone to be connected". Translation: global domination is good for you? It's certainly good for his portfolio.

Onto to other things. So much triggering stuff is out there that we thought we'd pass on some hopefully helpful security tips to protect your balance. If you have more or something that you think is better, please post a comment.

9 corporations control everything that the public reads/sees/listens to in the States. Overseas you have state run media (which does a better job in many cases). But the problem is that in many major countries (in our opinion), these outlets are almost as bad as the MSM.

What's the solution? A classic hacker approach. No, not hack their main site. Instead, think content from a trauma survivor's perspective.

If you want to know your favorite team's results from last night, do you go to the corporate MSM site with "The Latest on Tiger Wood's Day" hourly updates? No. Go to the team's site (or the league's) and bypass all the rubbish. You get only what you need.

The same idea can be applied to lots of other examples. Think of it as selective activism and protection all at once. You don't contribute to a triggering sources' profit margin (profit being money earned from ads, hit and view rates and more). Somebody does pay attention to this stuff. So hit them where they're most vunerable.

Next, when posting content, try to avoid as many clues as possible that someone can connect. Hackers or the govt. agencies that do this "data mine". They have computers that sort thru tons of information looking for key words or phrases to connect. Then they'll label you as a subversive, terrorist, or who knows what else.

In our case, we say to these people, if you want to out us that badly, work for it.

Don't freak out about it. Instead, try to think of ways that someone could get your personal information. Then, block each step by changing passwords, editing content or being careful with links.

Despite what the govt. experts and online security firms tell you, anything can be hacked. It's a matter of time, skill and code writing ability. Therefore, take all the steps you can to protect yourself.

Check the Tony Benn link in our link section. It has some good ideas about fighting to be heard. Not only to protect your political rights, but also your right to be heard as a trauma survivor.

Time for dinner.

Focus is the Key

It must be Thursday. We're taking a break from the "Will Ireland be Bailed Out?" Speculation. If nobody will bail us out, why add to the stress?

How's your focus? Dissociating is still a problem. Triggering stuff is everywhere. Also, be aware of the effects that this can have onn you. At first you may think it's nothing. But it can cause nightmares and other problems. At least that's what's happened to us.

Time to clean.

Fighting for Balance

Good evening/morning (depending on your time zone). Are you getting bailed out? If you are, let us know who to ring up.

We've been fighting all day to keep our balance. Crippling despair happens at times. We won't off ourselves. However, it's like every small thing takes a lot to do. Then, deal with that and everything else. At night, you're totally wiped out.

On the other hand, you have to fight back. If we don't, we feel like a empty shell. Then, the whole world is trying to beat you down.

This means setting boundaries where needed. Since we can't afford our own censor, we do it ourselves. Everything has to be screened. In some places, it's really rough to just focus on getting in and out without dissociating.

How do you cope with this?

With all the global stuff happening, keep in mind one point. Everyone is responsible for what they say and do. Even the rich and powerful.

Can we save the world against them? No we can't. This means we stick to our niche while we protect ourselves at all cost. It's a matter of priorities.

If the bailout comes thru for you, leave a number.

Screaming to Focus

Fighting this mornning to get out balance. Do you have to do the same? Does it feel like you open your eyes and dissociating hits? Then, it's fight all day long to have some sense of balance?

How do you deal with that? Aside from the usual ways (diet, exercise, focusing on solid things in the room), what if none of these work? What do you do then?

Any suggestions, please post.

Have a nice day.

Keep Your Self Control

Hi to our growing audience. Where are some of the newest readers? Brazil, Latvia, Russia, Germany and more.

We try really hard to keep this blog only for trauma related information. Occasionally we have to break that rule to hopefully get two or more helpful points in all at the same time.

For our Irish readers (and we know you're there), feel free to post your thoughts here. Should you take the IMF bailout? That's for another blog.

On the other hand, this is trauma to deal with. The purpose here is to offer help for all kinds of trauma in some way.

Feel free to link us and take advantage of the outlet.

Still fighting dissociating and more. A good dinner has helped some. But now, time for meditation, tai-chi. Then, back to job hunting online.

Cause and Effect

How was your Sunday? Here we've been fighting to focus all day. Dissociating and some adrenalin surges still happen.

How do you cope with this? We try to be aware of the effects of various things. Not just doing it as second nature. But actually saying do we need to do this? If yes, why? Maybe you don't need to.

A lot of sites online that we used to look at we stay away from. Everything that we do look at has to be edited. We try to focus at times to keep our chi balance.

Some ideas that help us:
Caffeine depletes your body of water and chi.
Magnesium is one of the best supplements we've found to help feel balanced overall.
If you feel like you're getting bombarded with Global Meltdown news and other stuff, you are. Pay attention to that.

What keeps you from blacking out? For us, we just have to fight back and not fall apart. If we don't, you feel like and empty shell. Who wants to live like that?

Saturday, November 13, 2010

Staying Up Late

We're staying up late tonight to catch up on a lot of writing and job hunting sites. Also, it's cool sometimes to watch global TV live online. But only non-triggering material.

How are you coping with your symptoms? Do you have blackouts? What helps you to stay grounded? Have you had to set up lots of boundaries to protect yourself?

At times we scream to not black out. It feels like everything hits you at once. But you have to fight back. You also have to do everything else.

How do you manage to do it?

Be Careful What You Read/Listen to/Watch

It is the weekend. What's going on in the world? The people at the top are still doing the same stuff. So go have a nice lunch and see a movie.

Finally caught up on our sleep for a change. And today there's a little more clarity. One tool that helps? Have something on in the background that's stimulus, but not a threat. If it's online, turn the sound down and occasionally just look at it as filler. The idea is to have something in the room to focus on (just like something solid).

Try to keep the I-can-save-the-world idea in perspective. Be selective in what you do (keeping in mind your balance comes first). That way it's more effective for everyone.

Time for lunch.

We're More Popular Globally than the Banks?

Hi to our new readers in Hawaii, Argentina, and the U.K. Right now if we were a corporation we'd have more offices than many major banks? We'd also be less despised? Who knows.

The point is to continue to link everywhere you can. It's the old thing of content and promotion. If the MSM and the progressive as well won't listen, we'll build our own.

Coping ok? With the global meltdown cuts that everyone's talking about, it's everyone for themselves. Also, it's ironic that other world leaders now have the guts to publically criticize Obama's running of the economy. Yet, here millions still think he's the "Perfect President" that will save us.

The politicians say cuts need to happen. Obama says it won't be easy. But also, he dosn't say that his Cuts Commission has no binding ideas. Which means like every other Commission, nothing will happen.

Name one rich and powerful person (this basically also covers all politicians)who will publically say because of the Global Depression, I'm going to take a __% pay cut until this is solved. If someone did do that, they'd get one or maybe two interviews. Then they'd be laughed at and that's the end of it.

How bad is this? Dennis Kucinich was the only canidate in the 2008 election to do this. Did you know that there are still people that had no idea that he was a canidate? But they probably know everything about the latest fight between Simon Cowell and Ryan Seacrest.

Not to intentionally trigger anyone. But unless everybody either votes or overthrows the government, unchecked borrowing will continue. The National Debt ceiling will be raised yet again. And nothing will happen.

We won't bore you with yet another "in-depth analysis" of why this mass apathy continues. Instead, we will offer some suggestions

First, protect your balance at all costs. If you don't have to watch/listen/read something, don't. Do something else.

Take the time to find reputable sources of information. Why? Because you need to.

Be aware of the effects of things on you. Instead of it being second nature, why do you do it?

Use your intuition as you make decisions.

Keep it here for more links and ideas. Again, thanks for the support and please link us everywhere you can (as long as it doesn't hurt your overall healing).

How's Your Balance?

Another day of fighting symptoms. Dissociating and adrenalin surges are still big problems.

We're trying to be more aware of our chi to keep it in balance. Then again, try that a hundred times a day and everything else. What keeps you from being exhausted?

Try to be aware of the whole thing (diet, exercise, and going to a therapist that you trust). If you need breaks or to just turn things off, if you can do it. If someone needs to talk to you, that's why there's voicemail.

Back to the updates.

It Went Well

The global reach gets bigger all the time. Name a major city and we're there:

L.A.
London
Toronto
Melbourne
Adelaide
Seoul
Berlin
Stockholm
And the People's Republic of Brooklyn, NY!

Went to see the new therapist earlier today. It went really well. No more EMDR for now. We're trying a new approach that seems to be more reassuring.

For anyone possibly new here, many therapists use two basic routes in therapy. Cognitive or "talk" therapy. Also, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). It's a way to release trauma (trapped energy) from different parts of your body.

Which one is better? In our case, both helped for a while. Now though, we're trying Komaki therapy. It's a different and overall a more soothing approach.

Our suggestion? Talk to your therapist and decide which one is the most beneficial at the time. For us, cognitive only doesn't work. Also, every survivor is different (trauma, needs, symptoms and more).

Another tip for the day. Acidic foods can aggrevate your symptoms because they deplete the minerals and chi in your body. Another reason to be aware of what you do and how it affects you.

Tuesday, November 9, 2010

A New Start

Tomorrow we start with the new therapist. How's it going with yours?

If you're not able to go to one, how do you cope? What's helped us in our interim is to break things down into small segments. The other thing is to build up your sources.

There are various places you can go to. Hope the blog is helpful as well. As we come across new sources we'll add them to the link list.

More as it happens.

Some Clarity for a Change

We still have to fight to focus in the morning. But today we didn't have to scream and feel like we were going to black out. A good sign.

The same triggering stuff is there. We still suggest avoiding all of it unless you have to deal with it. If you can find a way to have millions join your protest and not endanger your healing, so much the better.

That's the key though. If you don't come first, how can you be effective with others?

Just came across an interesting list online. You always see some consultant talking about what do want in your future? What's next in the next 10 years? We have trouble dealing with the next 10 minutes.

The essential idea is this. Not what others say is best for you. But what would you like to do to really feel happy and centered? Nobody else will do it for you (just like protecting your balance).

This is turning into a yet another life seminar. Enough of that.

Pay attention to your intuition and have a nice day.

The Overnight Edition (for the benefit of our intl. audience)

Greetings as we put this together before putting together dinner.

Normally, the nightime MSM in many countries always talk about what's in the next days' papers. It's like there's some intl. law that says that everyone must do the same thing at the same time in the way.

Here, we dare to be different. If we did do that, we'd all dissociate for days. Which means we deserve to be nice to ourselves.

How's your balance these days? We're still trying to cope better, especially with adrenalin surges. Also crippling despair. When we need to, my multiples little kid and I just turn things off and rock back and forth. It's rough when you feel like you're getting bombarded with billions of flashbacks. What's real and what's not?

If you have any suggestions, please post a comment. We do reserve the right to edit them as we see fit. We're also working on adding new content. The idea is to cut down your stress when you're seeking help. Do you go to lots of places to get help, or just one?

We deserve to be heard.

A Nice Sunny Day

Welcome to another week. Looking ok so far? Here, we're really working on keeping our balance. We'll try more of the herbal supplements and white tea to see how that goes.

For anyone new here, thanks for checking us out. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

We don't tell anyone to do anything. Everything here is a suggestion about what helps us. If you like it and it works, great. If you know of something that's better, please post a comment.

This is a mix of survival tips, holistic information and links to crisis lines and more. All of the crisis lines have people who are trained in PTSD. Also, guy survivors are no problem to work with.

Please link us everywhere you can. We now have readers in almost 30 countries. We have no expensive marketing consultants to help us. It's all about quality content and word-of-mouth advertising.

Pay attention to the effects of things on your balance. Do you really have to do something just because it's second nature? If you don't, try something else.

The Nightime Edition

Hi and how's it looking? If it's anything other than the usual rubbish, we want nothing to do with it.

With symptoms, deep breathing helps some with adrenalin surges. Maybe though it's that everything feels like it's flooding out? We constantly fighting to maintain our balance.

Everything still has to be screened. We don't go into some stores anymore unless we have to. Why? Because frankly a lot of their product (books, magazines, etc.) is really offensive. Now, do we have the time to singlehandedly take on a corporate boycott (along with everything else)? No. Instead we use selective activism. Just go elsewhere and protect yourself.

A lot of well meaning and reasonably informed progressives are saying, we all have a responsibility to change things. While in theory that's true, what's reality?

Some of us are more rich and powerful than others. This means that to actually mount an effective united movement to change the status quo, you have to have a "name" in front.

Name one famous progressive person that's willing to risk their career to do the right thing. We can't think of one. Instead, it seems like everyone's far too busy capitalizing off the endless idiotic things that the powers that be continue to do.

Our suggestion? One, protect yourself and deal with what you can. Two, everyone has to deal with the consequences of their actions. Even the rich and powerful on the left.

What are the Ramifications?

Coping ok today? Another nice and sunny day as we clean and then run errands. After that, lay out by the pool.

The stupid triggering stuff worldwide continues. We won't break the rule and explicitly run down everything. Instead, think of the effects of this on everyone.

Some countries act in their own "national security interests". Yes, it's still human nature for the rich and powerful to fight any perceived threat to said money and power. In the global economy, what's the best way to do that and keep you p.r. problems under control?

Outsource it. Plausible deniability. You can lie endlessly about it and say oh no, we didn't do that. What you don't say? We are getting "necessary information" from this. But we let somebody else do it for us. Besides, do you really think we're going to throw away our career and do jail time for this? Let somebody else go down for it.

And this is called "the real world".

How do you feel when you try to talk about your trauma? Does anyone listen? Do you feel like you have to do something really big to get people's attention? That's the MSM approach to a lot of things. Unless there's some angle to spin, nobody cares. But get a big name involved and then suddenly it's "news".

If somebody doesn't get help for their trauma and then kills themseleves, what happens then? Almost everyone you talk to says the same stuff. They were so nice. Nice and quiet. Never any problems. We had no idea there was any problem happening. And so on.

Which means we'll keep going here. Thanks for the support and please link us everywhere you can.

Balance is the Key

Listening online to some Giants post World Series stuff online. The rest of the world is way too violent.

Hello to our new readers in the Netherlands and Argentina. Keep linking us everywhere you can. Espcially talk to people who can read us off their I-phones. Or Blackberrys. Or top secret "communication devices". Whatever.

Adrenalin surges are hard to handle at the moment. You have to focus and redirect your chi to keep your balance. If this happens to you, try to stay off all stimulants. Those tend to make it worse. Instead, try drinking white tea (not black or green). White has the lowest amount of caffeine.

Also, be aware of solid things in the room. Pay attention to the effects of things on you. Another idea is to have some type of stimulus on (TV, radio, etc.) that's not threating in any way.

If you have to, edit everything. We still have to do that.

Hope these help.

It's All in the Balance

Having a good day? We have to clean today and thne backup a lot on the external hard drive. We're going to sell a lot on Ebay and see how it goes. Other sites just don't do it.

Keep in mind the effect of waht you do as you do it. Then, do you really need to do it?

Have a good day.

Peace and Quiet

We're staying up late because we've been fighting symptoms all day long. Finally we feel like there's some clarity. No noise, no 24/7 new cycles, no endless corporate MSM rubbish. Just nice and quiet.

At times, are you scared to go to sleep? Can you get any sleep at all at night? Do you still have lucid dreams? How do you cope with that?

With us, anger almost snaps us in two. You have to get it out in the most non-threatening way you can. Despite that, we feel like we're going to black out.

Also, we literally can't handle anything online except scores and music for short segments. Everything else is way too triggering. We feel like we're the only ones who are paying attention to the whole picture. We're not making money off others trauma. No, we don't believe in some massive global conspiracy. It's a matter of protecting yourself.

Does this happen to you? How do you cope with this? For us, slow deep breathing and stay away from all stimulants as much as possible.

Feel free to post comments.

More of Everything

Welcome to our new readers everywhere! Toronto, D.C., the Bay Area and Boston.

Keep in mind our policy here. Maybe we're the only blog that doesn't have a Pay Pal donate button, a online shop and other stuff. If other blogs want that, that's their business.

Here, we'll NEVER have Google ads. To us, why profit off of someone's misery?

All we ask is one thing. Link us everywhere you can. In this dog-eat-dog world, we need all the help we can get. The more people we reach the better we'll feel? We hope so.

Have a great day.

Suggestions for You

Just heard from some of our global sources that it's still a very triggering environment. Lots of problems and lots of people exploiting others' fears about these.

What should you do? Our suggestion is to shut off as much as possible. One reason? Do you seriously think that the leaders in your country are going to tell you the truth about (fill in the blank with a key issue)? Law of Politics #1: keep your job at all costs.

This means lots of "official govt. statistics", reports, "experts" and others to reassure us (lie) that it's all ok.

Well, it's not.

This means that like it or not, you have to question everything. Use the most reputable sources you can. Then, make the best judgement about how to act.

For trauma survivors, it's even harder because who can you trust?

Once again, stay away from all of it unless you have to look. Really, you're not missing anything.

Not Much Has Changed

Yes, it's true. The same stuff that the powers that be have been doing are still being done. Why? We're not sure.

But it's like you're the only one that sees everything that's going on. Which leads to the next question. Why bother looking at it?

We're choosing not to. Do other stuff and see what happens.

Do what you need to to keep your balance.

You Need to Read This

How's your evening/morning? Welcome to our new readers in Malta, Australia, the U.K., Taiwan and South Korea.

Dealing with triggering stuff okay? Our sources say be extremely careful because the level of this is really high. If you don't have to look/read/listen to something, don't. It's not worth it.

Other than sports and job hunting stuff, we literally can't handle anything else. Music for maybe 20 seconds at a stretch. Then we turn it off. Is there one reason for that? We don't know.

Just an opinion. But nobody else is going to look out for your balance. Do everything you have to to protect yourself. This means stocking up on herbal supplements, white tea and magnesium. Magnesium is one of the best things you can take to keep many parts of your system in balance.

Another idea. Use selective activism to say something and protect yourself at the same time. There are only so many ways to say how come the left won't get their s**t together? We're not responsible for that. It's a common thing for trauma survivors to want to save the world.

Unfortunately, it doens't work like that. Which means take things in tiny segments and work on them. That way, you feel better overall and there's less risk of your healing being messed up in some way.

How are you coping in your part of the world? Is your govt. close to going bankrupt? How do you keep your stress down? For us it's a matter of priorities.

More on the way.

Time to Vote

Happy Mid-Term Election Day (depending on your point of view). The corporate MSM is essntially filling time until it's done. The key points?

The evil neocons will win back control of Congress
Obama will be a one-term President
The markets will have a one-day run. Then, the same boring stuff

What are they NOT saying? The cost of these elections is roughly $3.5 billion. In a global depression. Almost nobody's giving it a second thought.

Based on that, we decided to protest by not voting. There's no viable third party candidate. So why vote for someone you disagree with because "it's the lesser of two evils"? Also, it doesn't bother anyone that nothing will get done for the next two years. As if anything ever does get done?

As for symptoms, we went to see our SSI contact. His suggestions? Get someone else to pay your bills, go on food stamps and work a limited number of hours. We've always paid our bills. We have no debt. Now, we go on food stamps and have no control over our life? We have a problem with that.

We'll take a break and think this thru. Human emotions aren't like a light switch. Especially for trauma survivors.

We Feel Sad Right Now

Tomorrow is our appointment with our SSI(supplemnetal income) contact. At this point, we don't know who to believe. Could everyone be lying so nobody will try to file for SSI or disability? Attorneys doing that in this economy? I don't think so.

Aside from that, we feel sad tonight. Lots of despair and feeling like nobody ever paid attention (other than our last therapist). We closed things out with him. Now, it's onto the new one.

Symptoms are really exhausting. But, you have to keep going.
