Fighting this mornning to get out balance. Do you have to do the same? Does it feel like you open your eyes and dissociating hits? Then, it's fight all day long to have some sense of balance?
How do you deal with that? Aside from the usual ways (diet, exercise, focusing on solid things in the room), what if none of these work? What do you do then?
Any suggestions, please post.
