Lots of deep breathing and trying to focus. We've been up for about 3 hours now. And, yet again it's having to fight literally to wake up and have some sense of balance.
Will we black out? Will we snap? But also, we don't have a choice. If we don't, we'll fall apart.
Still no new therapist here. In the meantime, we'll use our sources to get help when we need it.
Who helps you when you need it? Are you lucky enough to have a therapist who pays attention to what you say (and how you say it)?
