It's a 3-day one here in the States. If you don't have the same in your area, don't blame us.
We're really fighting hard for balance. It means setting boundaries and knowing when to turn stuff off. If you could turn the boss off, it should be that easy :). But, life doesn't work like that.
Despite that, you must protect yourself at all costs. Odds are nobody else will understand (unless they're a trauma survivor as well).
At times we feel like we're going to black out. You hold onto anything solid, scream and try not to black out. Because you're afraid you'll snap, disappear or just drop dead. And nobody will help you.
Keep your self control.
