I Think It's Stopped Raining (a High Trigger Day)

Happy Canada Day to all Canadians. Anyone with any remote connection whatsoever to Canada. And, a special hello to all those covert operatives who "allegedly" have perfect forged biometric Canadian passports. If I do it, it's a fine and 20 years jail time. If they do it, it's another day at the office.

Earlier today, lots of rain, anger and frustration. We had lunch with somebody. And it was frustrating because there will never ever be any acknowledgement that you exist as a guy survivor. At times we ask, what kind of long-term effect does that have on someone?

No hugs, no reassuring contact. No one will ever say to you, I'm sorry you were raped.

Why?

You're their worst nightmare.
Just f******g grow up and get over it, will ya?

No comprehension of what they're saying. It's as if your emotions are a light switch. Nothing more.

What are you supposed to do?

You have to keep in mind that you're not responsible for what others do and say. Go in the most positive direction you can. And keep you balance.

We have bad days with it. We cry and the despair is horrible.

But what else can you do?

If you have any suggestions, please post your comments.
