Protect Yourself

Triggering stuff is everywhere. Screen everything and protect yourself as best you can. The exhaustion is constant along with battling the symptoms. But what else can you do?

I've been following for about a week or so. I am a rape survivor whom got no justice in my case. But I am doing well considering. Just want readers to know that you can get past it and live without constant fear. I am not saying I don't battle with anxiety and depression and that I don't have triggers. But that it is possible to still live your life after sexual assault. Lots of love:)
