Every trauma survivor has a distinct story and sound. When you hear them, you know it's them. All deserve to be heard.

You Have to Fight Back
Another day of fighting symptoms and trying to stay grounded. We're also trying to not have a major junk food relapse. You always feel run down, but don't want to put on lots of weight and then feel even more miserable.
There is no cure for PTSD. The pain never goes away. But despite that, you have to fight to keep some sense of balance. Thanks for checking this blog out. If you like what you see, please refer it to anyone you think it might help. Thanks!
Thanks for checking out this blog. For obvious reasons, I have to take steps to protect myself in order to be able to speak out about being a guy rape survivor who still has PTSD symptoms. While I can't save the world from all of the evil people out there, I can protect my health, self esteem AND then offer this blog to possibly help others.
