All trauma survivors have one thing in common. They ask, what about me? How come nobody wants to listen to my pain? Why other won't listen, I don't know. But here, you can be heard.
Well, after a trauma your body uses 80% of its resources to heal. That's why you are exhausted. Accept it and do less. A lot less. Exhausting dirty is normal and you can't fix it. Heal, rest, cut yourself a break.
