Don't dissociate. No matter what, do something else. Also, screen everything to protect yourself.

How do you deal with the constant exhaustion?

Well, after a trauma your body uses 80% of its resources to heal. That's why you are exhausted. Accept it and do less. A lot less. Exhausting dirty is normal and you can't fix it. Heal, rest, cut yourself a break.
