How's your evening/Thursday? Last night was rough. Anger and dissociating were really tough to handle. Finally we feel like our body gave out.
Is it because it's a nervous breakdown? No. Is it because of no more tolerance to acidic food and drinks? We think so. This means that there's lots of emptiness.
We can't afford to go to a therapist or holistic doctor. Which means keep moving in tiny segments.
Any suggestions on how to cope?
