We try to focus on one thing as we listen to Net radio (you have to have something on. So that's ok). Even with that, we still have to fight despair and dissociating. Hyperawareness happens at times. When it does we try to hold onto something real wherever we are to get grounded. Sometimes it helps and sometimes it doesn't.
All that matters though is balance and protection. Also, being as pro-active as possible. Because it's true. Just waiting for opportunities isn't the way to go. This is why God invented networking software.
