A rough start today. We still have to fight to focus and shock ourselves awake. If you don't, it's like you're dissociating and have no way out. Does this happen to you?
Does despair still make feel almost comatose? Like the smallest things take forever to do? How do you deal with that?
We're still sticking to our boundaries. You can't control what others do and say. But, you can protect yourself in the process from that.
