We're not telling you to do anything. This is only what we hope is a helpful idea.
The trigger level for trauma survivors right now is extremely high. In our opinion, DO NOT read/listen to/look at anything UNLESS you have to (for work, etc.). For various reasons, there's lots of dangerous material circulating around.
The bottom line is protection. Nobody else will do it for you. And, how important is your peace of mind (as you deal with your symptoms and healing)?
Unless you're Obama, the truth is there's a lot of stuff you DON'T need to deal with.
Trust your intuition.
