Having a snack before going back to the grind. We have to be really careful with the diet right now. We're more aware of the effects of different things on you. (Versus in the past when it was second nature to eat it).
Looks like it's still a high-trigger day. Edit everything you need to. Even if it seems like a huge pain.
Depending on where you are in your healing, one constant is there. Protection at all times. Nobody else will do it for you.
Tip for the day: slow deep breathing will help to rebalance your system (from mostly acidic to the P/H balance it should be).
