Feeling ok these days? We're still fighting to keep our balance. Also, we still have to focus to not black out.
You go into a crowded place. And, at times everything still feels like a threat. Is this person over there going to attack us? Is this person a psycho rapist that wants to go donw on us and then kill us? We still constantly think of ways to stop them.
Hyperawareness is still here. We can sense people around us in a radius of about 6 feet. They're smiling. But what do they really want?
Do yo still have body memory and the pain of being raped? How do you cope with that? We have that about 50 times a day.
Any suggestions?
