How's it looking so far? Here, we're fighting to keep our sense of balance. Still avoid all triggers as much as possible. Also, be nice to ourselves in the diet. A late night snack isn't a bad idea. The trick is not too late.
Anger and other symptoms are still there. Which means we take lots of breaks and turn things off when necessary. It's rough. But we have to keep going.
