All trauma survivors have one thing in common. They ask, what about me? How come nobody wants to listen to my pain? Why other won't listen, I don't know. But here, you can be heard.

Protect Yourself
Fight symptoms. Breath deeply and try to keep some sense of being grounded. Protect yourself at all costs. You feel sad at times, but none of this is abnormal in any way.
