This is a mix of survival tips, holistic information and links to crisis lines and more. All of the crisis lines have people who are trained in PTSD. Also, guy survivors are no problem to work with.
Please link us everywhere you can. We now have readers in almost 30 countries. We have no expensive marketing consultants to help us. It's all about quality content and word-of-mouth advertising.
Pay attention to the effects of things on your balance. Do you really have to do something just because it's second nature? If you don't, try something else.
