No luck yet in finding the new therapist. Everything still feels really raw. We have no tolerance for acidic food right now. Does this mean it's time to go veggie? We don't know.
We really have to fight hard to focus. Body memory still comes back. The physical pain of being raped. The emotional pain of everywhere you look nobody cares.
What are you supposed to do (aside from you have to keep going)?
Maybe a good lunch will help to feel better.
