How are your symptoms these days? Be very cautious.
Why? Because there are lots of really severe triggers out there. Another one: the frustration in that it seems that nobody cares about any of it. Which could potentially add to your stress.
We edit everything. At times we have really long stretches of quiet and don't really know what's going on. But that's all right. Because you have to protect yourself.
Unfortunately, the MSM still follows the Brittany Spears "people love this stuff. So it MUST be news" mode of thinking. How do you respond? In our view, refuse to be a part of their profit margin.
Activism is fine. But in the case of a trauma survivor (in our opinion), you have to be selective. Take small segments that you feel you can cope with. But protection comes first.
