How's your day? How are you dealing with your symptoms?
We're still editing everything. Weird triggers can come out of nowhere. And then potentially tie up your whole day in violently fighting back.
Do you have PTSD balckouts? It's been a long time since we've had any. But hyperawareness and other symptoms are still there.
One idea that might help. Change your focus when dissociating happens. It can be literally anything non-threatening. If you change your focus your mind and body are dealing with a different set of stimulus.
