Be very careful. Lots of triggering stuff in the news today. If possible, gat a virtual assistant to screen this stuff for you. Which leaves more time for other things.
We still have to fight to focus in the morning. One theory is that if you have a lot of sugar in your diet, it affects a wide range of things in your body. Then when you crash, symptoms are much worse. We're trying to stick to other things in the diet and then see how it goes.
Despite that, the fear and flashbacks are still there. We still have to hold solid things and scream to try and stay grounded. Just going with your feelings doesn't work. You have to fight back.
The other key? It's not your fault.
